Excellent stay near Dragon Mart
consistent housekeeping convenient access quick refreshments
I stayed in a non-smoking double room for three nights. housekeeping was consistent and thorough. I found my room very tidy each day after returning from outings. the cafe near reception offered convenient access to tea, coffee and snacks, quite useful for quick refreshments.
i had some difficulty finding parking late in the evening. the hotel car parking spaces seemed quite limited, and i had to park further away one night.

the hotel provided a wheelchair . there's a cafe available near reception. it is a very useful addition, especially for quick refreshments or a light meal.

the reception staff were generally responsive and helpful. they quickly addressed requests i made, such as extra towels or information about local transportation. their attentiveness contributed positively to my experience.

dirty carpets mold in shower
the location worked for me and the room size was sufficient.
I was disappointed to find the room carpets dirty and showing wear. there was also mold in the shower (i found this especially off-putting). the towels felt old and rough, and there were no face towels provided. I had to ask for them (a minor inconvenience, but still).
